Ferrocom-Sitwell has been a leading furniture wholesaler in Austria for almost 50 years, specializing in restaurant, hotel, and contract furnishings . Based in Wiener Neudorf, we offer our customers a wide selection of high-quality indoor and outdoor furniture .
What began as an iron wholesaler has developed into one of the most renowned suppliers of armchairs, tables, bar stools, lounge furniture, and office furnishings . We have established ourselves as one of Austria's largest direct importers, particularly in the area of garden furniture . Our selection includes dining sets, lounge furniture, daybeds, and hanging baskets of first-class quality.

Story
1966
Founding
The company Ferrocom was founded in 1966 by Mr. Partsch Senior together with a business partner as an iron wholesaler.
A short time later, during a supplier visit in Friuli, Italy, a producer asked if it would be possible to sell finished tubular steel chairs in Austria. Mr. Partsch Senior was convinced and immediately agreed.
This was the birth of his passion for seating furniture. The chairs sold well, and customers soon began asking for more metal furniture. So why not offer wooden furniture as well?
Fortunately, there were numerous suppliers in Friuli, and the models were very well received. Thus, Ferrocom gradually developed into a successful furniture retailer.
1969
cleavage
Soon, the furniture division grew so rapidly that it demanded more and more time and resources. The business partners therefore decided to split the company.
On 1 September 1969, Dipl. Kfm. Alfred Partsch founded Ferrocom Möbelgroßhandel Dipl. Kfm. Partsch Großhandelsgesellschaft mbH
The collaboration with the Italian steel furniture manufacturer ISEA from Thiene provided valuable support. Ferrocom assumed its official representation in Austria.
In the following years, Ferrocom developed into one of Austria's largest furniture wholesalers. Almost every specialist retailer was familiar with Ferrocom or carried its products in their range.
1995
Product range grows
Around 1995, the furniture industry was undergoing significant changes: Large furniture stores continued to grow, while many small retailers disappeared. Ferrocom recognized the need to reorient itself.
Thanks to decades of experience with seating furniture and a strong supplier network, Ferrocom was determined not to give up this area. Therefore, Ferrocom decided to specialize in restaurant, hotel, and contract furniture. This allowed them to optimally utilize their accumulated knowledge. The high quality standards, changing design trends, and diverse customer requests made this sector exciting.
The product range grew steadily and now includes armchairs, tables, bar stools, table frames, table tops, lounge furniture, and benches. The subsidiary Sit Well KG was founded to further strengthen this business area.
2000
Garden furniture
Ferrocom-Sitwell has long since made a name for itself as a specialist in catering, hotel and contract furnishings.
In 2000, the idea of offering not only indoor but also outdoor furniture emerged. But was there demand? We took the plunge and looked for suitable suppliers. We quickly discovered that the best garden furniture retailers came from the Far East, especially China. Initially, the product range was small, but demand grew steadily.
Today, we import around 80 containers per year – approximately 10,000 pieces of garden furniture – and are one of Austria's largest direct importers. Our product range now also includes dining sets, daybeds, and hanging baskets. Garden furniture sales now account for over 50% of our revenue, and Ferrocom-Sitwell is recognized as a leading supplier in this field.
